We offer a 2-year guarantee across the entire Filson items.

If you suspect your purchase isn’t up to our standards or is defective in any way, we want to make things right.

As long as you contact us within two years from purchase, we’d be happy to help you out with a warranty evaluation.

OUR GUARANTEE COVERS:

• First 2 years from the day of purchase
• Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
• Failure of materials
• Production defects

NOT COVERED UNDER OUR GUARANTEE:

Animal damage, chemical damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies, extreme wear, third-party alterations and customer alterations, or using the item for use other than it’s intended purpose. Likewise, fluctuations in fit, abuse of the product, factory seconds, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Due to the unique nature of Filson Restoration Bags and Old Wolf branded items they cannot replace under our guarantee.

Our guarantee applies to all Filson items purchased through www.filson.eu, www.filson.com/eu and www.filson.com/uk. 

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

• Purchases made from an authorized Filson dealer should be arranged directly with that dealer.
• Please note that our 2 years guarantee does not cover damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies. Filson cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit, or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.
