In order to add your request to the waiting list for repair evaluation, contact our Customer Care Team and provide all the following information:

• Your Filson Order Number or the physical Shop where the purchase was made
• Date of purchase (Month, Year)
• Proof of purchase (copy of your order confirmation, receipt, invoice, bank statement where the purchase is clearly visible and identifiable, etc)
• Picture of your Filson product, showing the critical issue

 On our website, you can find more information about the terms and conditions of the Guarantee that covers Filson products marketed by Filson Europe (WP Lavori in Corso Srl).

Please note that, if your Filson product was covered by a lifetime warranty at the time of the purchase, it is still valid now!
